Double-Blind Peer Review Policy
To ensure the integrity and objectivity of the publication process, the International Journal of Advanced Research in Science, Management and Technology (IJARSMT) utilizes a strict Double-Blind Peer Review system. This means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from each other throughout the review process.
Why We Use Double-Blind Review:
- Eliminates Bias: Prevents conscious or unconscious bias based on the authors' gender, nationality, institutional affiliation, or academic standing.
- Focuses on Quality: Ensures that the manuscript is evaluated purely on its scientific merit, originality, and clarity.
- Encourages Honest Feedback: Allows reviewers to provide candid and constructive criticism without fear of professional repercussions.
Author Instructions for Blind Review:
To facilitate this process, authors are required to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. Authors must submit two separate documents: a Title Page containing author details, and a Blinded Manuscript containing no identifying information.
Publication Process Flow
The entire workflow—from the initial submission of a manuscript to its final publication—is designed to be efficient, transparent, and rigorous. Below is the step-by-step visual diagram of our editorial workflow.
1. Manuscript Submission
Author submits the formatted paper, cover letter, and copyright forms via the online submission portal.
2. Initial Editorial Screening
The Editor-in-Chief conducts a preliminary check for journal scope, formatting compliance, and performs a strict Plagiarism Check (must be < 30%).
3. Double-Blind Peer Review Assignment
The anonymized manuscript is sent to at least two independent subject-matter experts (reviewers) based on their research domain.
4. Reviewers' Evaluation
Reviewers assess originality, methodology, presentation, and relevance. They submit detailed feedback and a recommendation to the Editor.
5. Editorial Decision
The Editor evaluates the reviewers' comments and makes a decision regarding the manuscript.

7. Final Acceptance & Copyediting
